The throughline
What I actually do sits underneath all of it: read an organization's environment, identify what it needs, and work out the systems, processes, people and technology required to get it there. That is the same instinct behind a kit, in front of a team, or in an architecture document at midnight.

A multi-tenant platform for safe, traceable student check-in and school operations — QR check-in and pick-up, parent and guardian access, bulletins, enrollment and role-based administration. Delivered end to end: the API, the school and operations portals, the iOS and Android apps, and the cloud infrastructure beneath them.
